WOMEN OF WARRINGTON
BECOME A WoW SCHOLAR
The Women of Warrington's mission is to provide the leading senior women in the Warrington College of Business with a network of advocates, resources, and specific industry skill set designed by women, for women.
A message from the Women of Warrington
Women of Warrington (WoW) was founded in 2020 by a group of seniors at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business. Our mission is to support the undergraduate, graduate, and accounting women in Warrington with a network of successful alumni. We are the first committee in the business college whose mission is entirely dedicated to fostering a strong relationship between current business students and Warrington’s alumni. This year we are honored to be established as a Presidential Committee under the leadership of the Business College Council.
Our group was founded on the belief that the female student leaders we see across Warrington today have become the CEOs of tomorrow across the state of Florida and beyond. Today, 72% of Heavener Hall of Fame inductees are women; and their success does not stop there. With alumna at Fortune 500 companies like Amazon and Proctor & Gamble, to Big 4 firms like Deloitte and PwC, and even in political office with State Attorney General Ashley Moody — Warrington has a recipe when it comes to setting women up for success after their time Gainesville. It is our goal to encourage these women who graduate to come back and share their tremendous experiences with our college's current students to inspire the next generation of leading women.
